OFFICIAL NOTICE: A lawsuit has been filed by Case 1:21-cv-02003 against John Does 1-10 concerning various sellers (collectively the “Defendants”) in the U.S. District Court for the N.D. of Illinois, alleging that the Defendants are liable under the Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act (ACPA), 15 U.S.C.S. § 1125(d), the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1125(d) and § 1114, the Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. §§ 106 and 501.
